This is to draw your kind attention towards the Tughlakabad Fort,New Delhi.
Dear Sir,
Few days back I visited the Tughlakabad fort, there I face a problem
that I meet few tourists there and they ask me about the fort, but I was so shameful that I don’t know about, I tried to find the history then I found Small stone written very shortly, but it doesn’t say anything about the fort.
My request is that why not we mentioned the website, mail Id and contact number on the ticket so that it may easy for every body to know about the fort.
Moreover it can be print all details/history of the fort back side of the ticket.
Major issue
1) No can visit whole area of fort because there is no security and security man warns that there will no responsibilities of them.
2) The back side of fort is totally open and the people came inside and gamble and drink wine.
3) It may be fear factor for the foreigner tourist, snatching and stilling, they are not secure
4) At evening all the area become the dark, there are no light.
5) The security have no torch or stick of self defense, they can’t take care of the tourist .They must have gun with them.
6) There is no parking security, we have to park at our risk, came to know that local people use to broke the glass,stole few bike from the parking.
7) A very dirty canal is passing through the ticket counter, which is smelling so badly, people wont stand there.
8) There is no Fan and chair for the staff, they are sitting where they found the shadow of the tree.
9) There is no single drop of water in side the fort or first aid box, people are very disappointed in summer season.
Pls take action immidaitely and confirm me the progress at your earliest.
